One thing that always brings people together is food. Here is a list of places that you can socialize and get fed while you’re at it. Learn secrets from some of Tulsa’s finest chefs while enjoying a three-course meal, including wine with each course and help fund our hunger-relief programs. A Holiday Countdown of Hors D’oeuvres and Desserts with Jeff Stark, Executive Chef from The Silo Center at Redberry Farm.

Menu includes Holiday Cheese Display, Butternut Squash Mousse in Wonton Cup, Artichoke Brochette, Cajun Pickled Shrimp, Wine Poached Pears with Rice Pudding and Ginger Snap Cookies.

Celebrating the Holidays with Wine

The holidays are a perfect time to enjoy friends and family. Wine educators, Gary Vance and Devre Jackson will be teaching a class at the University of Tulsa about choosing unique wines for the holidays.

This will be a fun evening of wine tasting, learning and trying different Artisan cheeses.

Gary Vance is a Wine Educator and Sommelier and is part of the helpful staff at Ranch Acres Wine & Spirits at 31st and Harvard. Devre Jackson manages the Grand Vin Wine Shop in Utica Sqaure and writes a
monthly column for the Metro Star. Jackson is also a highly successful wine events planner.
