French Cheese & Wine Class – November 12

November 9th, 2009 by Staff – Comments (0)

Did you know there are over 1,000 cheeses made in France? 56 of them are actually protected by law! So how does one know the difference between Brie and Camembert? Crottin and Chaource? And what’s the deal with all of that “stinky” cheese?!?

Join Chef Amanda Simcoe, Cooking School Director and the The “Cheese Wench” and Mark Stenner, organizer of the Tulsa Wine Club, for an evening of cheese exploration, French Style. Taste some classic French cheeses, along with some wonderful French wines to match!
