In the past we have brought you ongoing food polls: Best BBQ, Coffee House, Hamburger. One interesting thing about a city’s food scape is that the best is always changing. You may notice that our polls are ongoing. Today we would like to offer you a platform to vote for Tulsa’s best Pizza. Be sure to tell your friends so that your favorite Pizza can be recognized as the best!
This poll can also be seen as a list of places to try for take-out as you eat and hibernate your way through this cold winter. We trust your judgment…may the best place win!
If you haven’t voted for: Tulsa’s Best BBQ, Coffee House or Hamburger, Let your Voice be Heard!!!
** NEW POLL! **
:: Vote For the Best Tulsa Area Pizza ::
If you do not see your favorite Tulsa area Pizza place on the poll above please submit the restaurant’s name to reviews@tulsafoodblog.com – a restaurant must be recommended more than once to be considered for the list. Pictures, blogs/reviews and/or popular demand help a lot.

I’m a Joe Momma’s girl all the way. Whether it’s their hand tossed or their thin crust, there’s no other pizza I would rather eat.

How many people have been to each of these and can compare them adequately? I can’t say anything about Andolins, Umbertos, Tucci, Pie Hole, Leon’s, and others. Brothers’ Pizzaria is easily the best of the ones I’ve tried, but it’s certain to be underrepresented in the poll.
“Most popular pizza” can be done with this type of poll; “Best pizza” can’t.

Thank you for your comment and good point. I might change the title to “most popular” Pizza or at least mention it in the main copy.
Thank you

I’ve been to at least half of these, but strangely enough not to what seems to be the runaway winner. I’ll be trying it soon! (My vote was for Andolini’s out of the half I’ve tried)

Uncle Vinny’s is amazing! Having lived in NY for a number of years, I can attest that their pizza is as good – if not better – than my favorites in NY:) The best is that it is an affordable solution to a great weekend dinner!

The best pizza is in Sand Springs at Minute Man Pizza. Thin crust, oversized pepperoni, bacon, sliced sausage link, and jalapeno slices…to die for.

Just want to comment, Uncle Vinnys by far is the best pizza in Oklahoma. I would urge everyone to try it and see for yourself. another nice touch is that the owners are always there and come and sit and talk to eveyone.

Uncle Vinny’s is very good, and VERY cheap. $2.25 for a topped slice that’s like a quarter of an entire pizza. I also like their pizza roll, which is like a slice of pepperoni shaped like a cinnamon roll. The hot oil may be overrated, though.
Of course, comparing Uncle Vinny’s to a California-style pizza like Hideaway is wrong. It’s like two different kinds of food, for very different moods.

Althought I like Mazzios pizza and other entree’s, I’ve emailed them twice on issues we’ve had with our delivery. Once for missing items, and the second time for finding one of those plastic things that go around a loaf of bread in my chicken alfredo. Both times no response. It would’ve been nice to have at lest goten a response. So although their food is usually good, we have decided to quit ordering from them do to lack of concern for their customers

Andolini’s is the bomb! We love the Garlic Knots, and the pizza. My sister got a meatball sub one time, and it was delicious.. The kids love the stromboli.. The place rocks!

I emailed you another one to add to the poll. Arris’ Pizza in Owasso is EXCEPTIONAL. It takes pizza to a whole new level. I’ve never had anything like it.

I vote for Brother’s pizza. I admit I have not tried a lot of these mentioned but did try hideaway the other day (paradise pie i think it was called) comparable pie at brothers has much more flavor IMHO.

Another one to try out that rivals Savastano’s Chicago Style pizza is B-52′s in BA, on Kenosha east of the Creek Tpk. They also have a NY Style and Cicilian style, but I haven’t tried those. Savastano’s is the de facto Chicago Style pizza of the town but I think B-52′s might be able to give them a run for their money.
Vinny’s is the best I’ve had so far though. I do want to try Joe Mamma’s though.
