Yesterday’s food poll got me thinking about pizza around town. I was thinking: What is my favorite pizza, and even better…at the right price? Let me just say, my name is Brian McCullough, and I love Sam’s Club pizza. Sorry all you Oklahoma pizza joints out there, I eat you often, I think about you often, and I do love you too. However, I have had an affair with that extra large slice of greasy, slightly burnt cheese that only cost me a dollar and some change.

My love affair with Sam’s Club pizza began at a young age, probably when that piece of Sam’s Club pizza was bigger than my head. Sam’s pizza was also there for me when I worked my $5/hour college job, as it often got me through the hours before my lunch break. What a great place to grab a quick, “great valued” slice of dough. Today, in a time where I barely have an extra meal to veer away from the next 2 weeks of eating that has been planned out for me, it’s a wonder that I can even find a meal to dedicate to this wondrous extra large piece of pizza.

So love it, hate it, or whatever…lets face it. Good ole’ Sam has a really good piece of pizza. Let me know what you think.

Sams sounds fine, looks great but some of the best pizza I’ve ever had was in Chicago – Pie-style. And the closest I’ve come to that here is Tucci’s. Great place, only last time we ate pizza there the bottom was burnt.

Yes Brian I’m with you Sam’s Club pizza is bomb! I love all kinds of pizza places around town as well, how could you not with the awesome selection we have in Tulsa. I just love pizza and maybe it’s because every Friday used to be pizza night in our house!

I feed myself during college by buying those cheap Tony’s pizzas in bulk and adding extra cheese. Would fill up the freezer with them when they were on sale. To this day I still crave them.

This is hilarious! I, too, am a Sam’s pizza lover. My friends used to feel sorry for me because I would go there for lunch – by myself. Well, I also really needed that case of dog bones…

I too think Sam’s has some great pizza for 1.80 a slice which would equal three of the other guys slices you get a great deal for lunch!

think you guys need to check out Mario’s for their lunch time special. 2 slices and a drink for $5 last time i was there.
