There are lots of news stories around this time of year about restaurants and shelters giving away free thanksgiving meals, and I’d like to say a heartfelt thanks to all of them. That’s a truly worthy enterprise. But for those of us who don’t feel we qualify for a free meal this thanksgiving, how about a cheap slice or two of that other holiday staple – pizza.
I’ve been all over town these past few weeks searching out the hottest pizza deals. I haven’t tried all of these restaurants, so please comment on which you think has the best pizza.
The pizza at the White Owl Pub on Cherry Street are suprisingly good and on Monday they’re just $5.

And if you’re in that neck of the woods there’s always the Pie Hole, this independently owned little nook has only one deal and it’s on a Tuesday, but that just makes it all the sweeter.
Pie Hole Pizzeria > $10 12inch Gourmet Pizza or 16inch 2 Topping Pizza, Tuesday 11am-10pm
Doro Pizza have a great deal to feed any large or medium sized army. Sounds like a great take-out.
And for those of you with a powerful appetite, Andolinis in Owasso have unlimited pizza and drink all the time.
