There are a lot of discount restaurant deals in this town. So far we’ve posted more than 150 on Tulsa Restaurant Deals, but very few of them are healthy.
The perception seems to be that ideally we can stuff ourselves silly and save money at the same time. We’ve got plenty of all you can eat restaurant specials, but for a healthy all you can eat alternative try Souper Salad’s buffet.
Souper Salad > $5.99 All You Can Eat Buffet, Monday-Sunday 10:30am-8pm
If there are two of you then you can always hit Salad Alley’s 2 soups and 2 salads deal.
Salad Alley > $10.99 for 2 Soups and 2 Salads, Monday-Saturday 11am-8pm and Sunday 11am-2:30pm
Another fairly healthy all you can eat buffet comes courtesy of Pita Place. Mediterranean Grills can be pretty low calorie if you focus on the breads, grilled meats and veg, and stay clear of the sauces. This one is cheapest at lunchtime.
But the same buffet is available, if slightly more expensive, for dinner on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
If you fancy Mediterranean food but can’t trust yourself at a buffet you could do worse than the Shish-Kabob and Grill lunch special.
