The Canebrake Kitchen’s professionally-trained staff make every effort to utilize local & organic products whenever available. The 65-seat restaurant features a dining bar that overlooks the open kitchen and provides a perfect venue for cooking classes, wine dinners and demonstrations. I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the hospitality we were shown by everyone we encountered today at The Canebrake. †The facility and services are fabulous. †The only problem we encountered was the food.† The dishes we were served were extraordinary.† So much so that it we had to totally rethink our lunch plans, since neither of the dishes we tasted were on our original choice list. †We came in with three favorites and left with six! Itís a problem we will learn to live with, however. †Please give the chef our compliments, since I was negligent in not doing so in person before we left.

I came with high expectations, but even my wildest expectations were surpassed. There is no doubt that we have made the right choice in The Canebrake for our retreat(s).† I expect this will be the beginning of a long relationship between (our company) and The Canebrake.
