Los Cabos: Tasty Tex-Mex

December 2nd, 2008 by lbanks – Comments (4)

The second I walked into Los Cabos I was immediately overtaken with the amazing smell of Mexican food. We got right in with no wait at all which was nice. The restaurant itself is decorated in a way that makes you almost feel like you can step out of the cold Oklahoma day and into a warm Spanish courtyard. For an appetizer we ordered some of Los Cabos’s wonderful white cheese sauce. I ordered the chicken fajitas with black beans and my guest for the evening had the cheese enchilada platter. Our waitress Eliza was incredibly nice and helpful. The only caution I would give is that if you prefer authentic Mexican food over Tex-Mex you probably won’t like Los Cabos as well as some of the more authentic restaurants in town. Overall, however, it was a very pleasant experience.

Oh it looks so good, we haven’t tried Los Cabos. I hope we can enjoy the menu soon.

This is by far my favorite tex-mex spot in Broken Arrow. 5 Stars – just show up early on the weekends to avoid the wait.
