Wanting to introduce a friend to one of my favorite Mexican restaurants, I took them to Campadres in Owasso. We went to a late lunch on Sunday afternoon. We got seated immediately which was nice. We ordered the white cheese sauce which is amazing especially if you eat it with jalapenos. I ordered a chicken chimichanga with white cheese sauce and a side of guacamole. It was delicious and so big that I could only eat half of it. My friend ordered the steak fajitas which had a ton of meat and were cooked perfectly. It was a perfect Sunday afternoon meal and one that I will not soon forget.

We eat at the one in Broken Arrow…gotta love the Compadres.

We found Compadres to be a really nice place to eat, it’s always packed so get there at 11am unless you want to wait. I’ve only ordered off the lunch menu it’s slightly cheaper but the food is still plentiful, enchiladas with chili con carni on top are fantastic.

Love Compadres…our favorite place to eat Mexican. Great lunch prices salsa is fantastic…only problem is young mgr on duty not very efficent when he is there other times no problem.

My only wish is that we had a really great Mexican restaurant here in South Africa, when I see photo’s of food like this it makes me want it more and Mexican food is really great. Not that I am very big on hot food but wow that looks unbelievable.
