I love cooking shows and have been wanting to attend a cooking class. I think it will help me learn how to cook more proficiently. I agree that I will attend if I win the tickets.

I’ve been wanting to take Stock Pot classes for awhile now, but haven’t had the chance.
I am really excited to learn to new recipes and test my skills in the kitchen… which are pretty limited now, so I could learn a lot from the classes I’m sure!

I not real big on making things, because it usually doesn’t turn out right, so I usually by pre-cooked food. I would love to make something, to show my friends, instead of buying something.

My wife and I have been married for under 2 years and are expecting our first child next summer. Lately, we’ve been doing better at weening myself away from fast food and eating out at restaurants multiple times a week. We’ve enjoyed finally learning that cookware exists in the house (and exists for good reason!) and that recipes are quite accessible. It’s been great to use particular websites to find recipes that intrigue the two of us and learn about ways to vary the recipe by other users. But what we’re striving for next is actually understanding the base ingredients in our pantry and in the spice cabinet. With the exception of a small handful of spices, I have no idea how to use the others or even what genre of food to use them for. I’d ultimately love to use an opportunity like this to better serve and entertain my wife on date nights and use the experience in the kitchen as one where we can just spend quality time together and enjoy each other’s company.
Finally, after spending 5 or 6 hours a day for the past 2 months setting up my synchronized Christmas light project, this would make for a perfect Friday night date and opportunity to learn some great concepts together.
(and yes, we will definitely be there if chosen)

I’ve been rotating the same half dozen meals for a very long time now. I would love to learn to cook beyond spaghetti and meatballs or taco night.

Oh yes I would love to. I love to cook but am such a novice. I would bring my husband with me. He never cooks and I would really like him to start helping. Plus I think this could really be something fun for the two of us to do together.

My husband and I were recently married this past summer and are in need of cooking lessons! We love to get creative in the kitchen, but need to be steered in the right direction. Help us add to our favorite recipes!
If we win, we will absolutely be there! We’ve got nothing to lose and cooking skills to gain!

I would like to attend because my husband is in the midst of finals in pharmacy school (9 tests in 10 school days), and yet he’s reserving Friday night as a date night for us. We’ve wanted to do this since we moved here over a year ago but have not been able to do so. I promise we will attend if we win!

I would love to go to this! My sister and I are best friends and have been wanting to go to a cooking class. Sadly, we don’t have the Sunday paper for the 2 for 1 coupon either
We’re both avid cooks and love the Cheese Wench! Would love to meet Amanda and we would definitely be there — with bells on!
