On March 31, 2010, Marshall Brewing and Polo Grill are teaming up to bring you a menu of excitement that is sure to please your palate.
Course 1: Sundown Wheat – Olive oil steeped Manchego, Roasted Red Pepper, Balsamic Glaze
Course 2: Old Pavilion Pilsner – Diver Scallops, Citrus Saffron Beurre Blanc, Sweet Corn Puree
Course 3: McNellies Pub Ale – Acorn squash and Vidalia onion stuffed Tamale, Messy black bean mash, Polo BBQ Sauce
Course 4: Atlas IPA – IPA braised Short ribs, Spicy Lentil Ragout, Pan Reduction, Crispy Shallots
Course 5: Big Jamoke – Molten Coconut Jamoke Cake
