Wine- Coltibuono Cetamura Chianti Tuscany
Best Buy -Wine Spectator
Cetamura is the name of an Etruscan settlement on the Badia a Coltibuono property. This wine was conceived with the intention of creating a young, pleasant wine, perfect for every day. With this objective in mind, we select the best Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes from various sub-zones of Chianti to express the typical freshness and accessibility of these varieties.
Entree
Roast Chicken with Porcini Mushroom Sauce
Wine- Li Veli “Passamante” Salento IGT Apulia
100 % Negroamaro
Dense ruby red with a purplish rim, it is immediately intense on the nose with marked aromas of ripe and fleshy red fruits, notably cherries followed by spicy notes of cinnamon and nutmeg; in the mouth it is full, powerful, smooth and very long, with a well defined acid streak which makes it fresh and pleasing.
Dessert
Flourless Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Glaze

Biga and Local Table are 2 of my favorite restaurants in Tulsa! I would love to try out this wine dinner. Much better price than most!

All of these wines are TWC approved and were all featured at our tasting last week
. The Li Veli “Passamante” Salento IGT Apulia is particularly good!
