A Real Surprise on Tulsa’s West Side

Chicory & Chives Cafe, located at 3121 Charles Page Blvd, just 2 1/2 miles west of downtown is a real surprise on Tulsa’s west side. Located in the old Ward’s Cafeteria, this non-descript cafe offers one of the best breakfasts in town along with a nice variety of diner favorites. To top it off there are several Cajun dishes and gumbo on the menu. The Cajun items are traditional Louisiana fare with a burst of flavors. They also offer a daily lunch buffet and salad bar with homestyle entrees and vegetables that truly taste like grandma used to make. The soups are homemade and are delicious. A very popular Saturday morning breakfast buffet runs from 7:30am til Noon. They keep small quantities on the buffet and continually refresh each item making them very fresh. They have only been open a little over a year and if you have not had an opportunity to dine here, you need to give it a try. They are only open Mon – Fri 6:30am til 2pm and Sat 7am til Noon.
