KEO is a classic, modern and sophisticated restaurant located on Brookside. In August 2007, Bill and Zahidah Hyman realized that there was a growing trend toward healthy eating and more variety. After noticing that Asian cuisine has became extremely popular, this young couple came up with KEO. The best recipes from Zahidah’s family consist of dishes from Southeast Asia including Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Malaysia. Using only the freshest ingredients and high quality food, KEO has some of the most beautiful and tasty Asian cuisine in town at a very reasonable price. KEO is great for a business dinner, special occasion, happy hour or lunch while shopping on Brookside.

I’m going for the Grilled Yellowfin Tuna, and with the side of asparagus it makes it quite the delicious treat.

Green curry with tofu, extra hot, no question! Especially with a lychee martini (ask for extra fruit, they always have some leftover).

We eat or get take-out at/from Keo’s every week!! Pick us, pick us
So hard to pick a favorite. I love the mussels, curry wanton and ahi tuna off the app list, the Tom Ka and Pho from the soups, and the red, green and yelloe curries, as well as the Cambodian stir fry and thai sweet basil……
My fave though: the red curry!

I’d love to be picked as I went to high school in the asian district of Oklahoma City and have a serious love for good Pho. I’ve only been to one place in Tulsa so far that has Pho, and would love to try another!

I choose the pho. This is an easy decision, though I’m sure everything on the menu is wonderful. I first had pho at a place in Reston, VA which had decent pho with multiple cuts of beef (tendon, etc) and awesome spring and summer rolls. I moved to Tulsa in 2005, with pho having become one of my true favorites – basil, , coriander, bean sprouts, hoisin sauce – the whole thing. I went without until 2008, when a friend and I stumbled into KEO for lunch. I saw pho on the menu and about hit the floor! It was a cold day, and the pho was aS good as I’d remembered it – better, even! Now, every time there’s the slightest nip in the air I get a craving for KEO – and usually make the trip (from Bixby!) And have yet to be disappointed. Thanks, KEO. That same friend loves it as much as I do , too!

There are so many beautiful choices. I love the Malaysian Rendang. Such beautiful complex flavors and I love the contrast between the rich braised meat and the fresh crunch of the lettuce. Also the Ahi poke is hard to beat, and the curries are delicious. The red curry is one of my favorite dishes in town.

Malaysian Rendang… it’s comfort foot with an unexpected flavor profile. Salty, tangy and beefy. Delish!
