I have always really enjoyed sushi but haven’t had a chance to explore the many different sushi restaurants in Tulsa. The only sushi I had had in Tulsa previously was at Tsunami Sushi and although the food was good the lack of management, service and atmosphere did not inspire me to return.
So I was hoping that my Fuji experience would be better. A friend and I stopped in there to catch up and get a light dinner. We decided to get three dishes and split them between both of us. We got their crab cakes which were unbelievable. They were a perfect mixture of melty cheese and crab, perfectly seasoned and fried to create a crab cake that put all previous crab cakes in my life to shame. We then ordered some California rolls and some Love rolls. They were both wonderful. The Love rolls had crab, lobster, cream cheese, and were topped with strawberries. We had them put the evil sauce on the side which made these rolls over the top fabulous. It ended up being the perfect amount of food and every bite was delicious! I will definitely be back.

Sushi is one of my favorite Japanese style foods. I really enjoy the sushi at The Sushi Train, located at 51st and Harvard.

Although I am not a fan of sushi, that Love Roll looks mighty tempting… May have to give sushi another chance before I break all ties with it…

I love Fuji! If you go to the Brookside location they have all you can eat sushi ranging from $9.99-$24 (I think- I usually get the $15 one).
So good, and a great deal. My favorites are the Lobster roll, Big Willie, Brookside, Euphoria, and Rockafeller. I’m hungry just thinking about them.

Fuji is one of my favorite sushi place’s in Tulsa. The Volcano Roll is a great tasting roll for lots of people. I used to not Sushi, but it has grown on me and Fuji has several rolls and sashimi menu items that are good for those that don’t want to go out on a limb. The Spider roll is also another good roll that fits well with someone that might night think they love sushi. Go try em!
